My skin before the breakout

My skin used to be flawless when I was taking birth control pills. I started to see some changes in my skin after I stopped the pills a few years ago. I would get one or two pimples around my mouth every month. (you can see form the photo). Even then I used to complain about that one pimple because It's not perfect. Now I only wish if only my skin could go back to that not so perfect period, I would have been much happier. Looking at photos of my skin only a few days before the incident, I have no idea how it got so bad now.
